To ensure smooth service operations, WaLink has established the following cancellation policy:
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
If a client arrives late for their appointment, the service time cannot be extended.
If we do not receive any contact within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
In cases of illness, major transportation delays, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will respond flexibly depending on the situation.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If WaLink is unable to provide the scheduled service due to staff availability or operational reasons, we will offer either rescheduling or a full refund.
For customers currently in Japan, payments can be made in cash on the day, via PayPay, PayPal or by bank transfer in advance.
For those living outside Japan, PayPal is available for convenient international payments.
